Born from the ambition to bring together shell-and-core works and technical trades under a single organization, EMTC works with public and private clients, developers and industrial operators, on new-build, renovation and refurbishment projects alike.
Our offering spans eight complementary areas of expertise — from construction and civil engineering to site works, HV/LV electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and interior fit-out. This integrated approach gives our clients a single point of contact and seamless coordination across trades.
